Online Shipping Policy

Shipping Options
TME offers three shipping options for in-stock products within the U.S.: Standard, Expedited and Express.
Shipping Chart
Note: Shipments to P.O. boxes can only be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard shipping. You may also be limited to one or two shipping options for larger items, for shipments to certain destinations, and for certain oversized items that require delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be noted per item during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. If Standard shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Expedited service.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected (Standard, Expedited, Express).

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service. There is, however, an additional UPS surcharge of $10 per item for items shipped with Expedited service, and $15 per item for Express service.

Shipping Carriers
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, TME partners with shipping industry leaders UPS, UPS Mail Innovations and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products. Items requested to ship Expedited or Express shipping will be shipped by UPS. Both UPS and the USPS are utilized for Standard shipping.

You may notice that UPS Mail Innovations begins the process on many shipments arriving from the USPS. UPS Mail Innovations Processing Facility works in conjunction with the USPS. The chart below illustrates how deliveries process through UPS Mail Innovations and USPS.

Shipping Multiple Items/Multiple Addresses
If you ordered two or more items, you can only choose one shipping option during the checkout process.

If you want to send multiple quantities of the same item to different shipping addresses, you need to place separate orders, then simply specify the delivery address for each item..

Changing Shipping Information
You can modify your shipping information online anytime prior to placing an order. However, if you just moved and need to change the shipping information after an order is placed, call Customer Service.

To change your shipping information for future orders:
   - Sign in to My Account.
   - Select Shipping Address.
   - You may edit shipping address as you would like.


Backordered Products
A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know a product is backordered prior to ordering if you see the message in red, below or to the right) on the product page.

   - If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will
     be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait
     for the item or cancel your order.

   - Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available
     within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled
     to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your
     backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by
     contacting Customer Service. Extension periods vary by product.

   - We do not charge your credit card until your item actually ships.
     Backorders benefit from our online price guarantee. If the price drops at the
     time of shipment, you will automatically pay the lower price.


Oversized Item Delivery
Some items may require scheduled delivery to your home or business due to size and weight. These items include larger orders over 3 CDs.

If your order includes additional products that do not require delivery, they will be shipped separately.

International Shipping
You may ship an order to these countries: U.S., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, or an FPO or APO address. All other countries must make purchases with a credit card. Some other rates may apply to ship internationally to other countries. For check or money order both the shipping and billing address must be an address in the U.S., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, or an APO/FPO address (Military). Please be sure to provide a street address (do not use a P.O. box).

Please note: Items that can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses include:
   - Movies, music and games (excluding some box sets)
   - Select software and accessories


All other items are shipped UPS and are not available for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Most products, however, can be shipped to a U.S. street address.

Shipping Refunds
tmentertainment.com will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.

We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item. For all other returns, see our Return Policy.

APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping to a military address

Total Music & Entertainment and TME Recordings is pleased to support our troops, and to make select products available to them wherever they may be stationed.

Please note: Only the following items (which ship via the US Postal Service) can be shipped directly from tmentertainment.com to APO or FPO addresses:
   - Movies, music and games (excluding some box sets)
   - Select software and accessories

All other items CANNOT be shipped directly from tmentertainment.com to APO or FPO addresses because tmentertainment.com utilizes UPS (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) for these items. As an option, you may want to consider shipping from tmentertainment.com to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

APO and FPO Shipping Address Instructions
   - In the "Address" field for Army, Navy and Marines enter Unit Number and Box
     Number; for Ships enter Ship Name and Hull Number; for Air Force enter PSC
     Number and Box Number.

   - In the "Address Line 2" you can enter optional military command or organization
     name (ex. USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).

   - In the "City" field enter APO or FPO.

   - On the "State" line, select one of the following:
     AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
     AA - Armed Forces Americas
     AP - Armed Forces Pacific

   - On the "ZIP Code" line, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.

   - On the "Country" line, use the default choice of USA.

   - We cannot accept international numbers in the Phone area. We suggest you enter
     the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside.

When will my order arrive?
To calculate when orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive, add the order processing time and shipping time. Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take up to 30 calendar days.

Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays for items shipped by UPS.

Note: Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 1 business day. If the merchandise is on backorder it may take additional time. Please reference the availability message displayed on our product pages and in your cart that indicates the expected time to ship.

Online Return Policy

You may return merchandise purchased at tmentertainment.com if it meets the guidelines below.

Guidelines
You may return merchandise by mail to us. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
   - Labor and/or installation services
   - Items that are abused
   - Opened computer software, movies, music and video games
      - If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if
        an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for
        these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or
        Incorrect Items section).
   - iTunes prepaid music
   - Digital Music Store
   - Digital Music Services
   - UMusic Prepaid Ringtones

ANY merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened accessories. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on special order products. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail or our online store, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item at the store online. To make sure the store has your product in stock, call TME Customer Service at (412) 793-0944.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data from any returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left on or in any items.

Rebate Policy
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address.

Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy TV, get free DVD player; buy TV, get free gift card; or buy TV, get DVD player half off) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Please call TME Customer Service at (412) 793-0944 if your return is a:
   - Major appliance, TV, accessory or furniture delivered via special delivery
   - Computer that you plan to mail back to us for a refund
   - Performance Service Plan

For purchases made from one of our partner sites, check your packing or the partner Web site for return or exchange information. Items purchased from a partner site may not be returned or exchanged through us or our online store..

Total Music & Entertainment reserves the right to deny any return.
